Flatiron School was founded in 2012 with the mission of enabling the pursuit of a better life through education. Over the last seven years, we have had the opportunity to help thousands of people change their careers and lives through education. Today, we are excited to announce that we have reached an agreement to acquire SecureSet, a leading provider of Cybersecurity education, to help us empower more people to pursue what they love.
At Flatiron School, we are constantly exploring new ways to ready the workforce for what’s to come. And recently, we’ve been considering launching a Cybersecurity course at Flatiron School. Including meeting with a number of potential partners or developing our own in-house program. Our search came to an end once we met the expert team at SecureSet, and learned about its best-in-class education, high bar for job placements, and immensely talented teachers. We knew right away that they were the right partner for us and this next phase of our journey.
