Colorado Impact Fund Promotes Two Members Of Staff To New Positions

Kyle Klopcic and Grace Oliva Named Vice President and Associate, Respectively, for Growing Fund

(Denver, CO) – January 25, 2016 – Colorado Impact Fund (CIF), a venture capital firm dedicated to supporting local companies that provide consistent investment returns and positive community impact, is pleased to announce that Kyle Klopcic has been promoted to Vice President from his former role as an Associate and Grace Oliva has been promoted to an Associate from her former role as a Research Analyst.

“Both Grace and Kyle are tremendous assets to Colorado Impact Fund and these promotions are well deserved,” said Jim Kelley, Managing Partner of CIF. “They, along with the rest of our team, will continue to help identify worthy investments throughout Colorado that generate positive community impact and competitive returns for our investors.”

Klopcic and Oliva are both founding members of the CIF team. Klopcic was the Director of Operations at Excellence Boys Charter School, an affiliate of Uncommon Schools, before the founding of CIF in 2014. Before that, Klopcic worked at Lehman Brothers in investment banking and at Disney in their corporate strategy and business development group. He earned a Bachelor of Arts with high honors in Economics from Harvard University and received his MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Colorado Impact Fund in 2014 as a Research Analyst. Previously, she was working in the Energy field as an analyst. After graduating from college, Oliva lived abroad in Japan where she taught English at a private school and university. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Amherst College in Massachusetts.
